New for 2010 is Noel Bruton’s series of ten-minute videos, ‘Practical IT Support Management’. Each one looks at a topic of vital interest to the IT support manager, quickly covering the main points of the issue. The material in the videos is taken from Noel’s training seminars and conference presentations. The first of these, ‘Helpdesk Vs. Servicedesk’, is available from the beginning of February.
